Default JSC Speed Drops the Ball

A month ago, JSC Speed had a Cusco GT lip dropped-shipped from Cusco, and the trucking Co. lost the lip.
Instead of sending out another one, JSC Speed informs me that I'll be waiting (a vague) "several weeks" and they "can't do anything about it" while some sort of claim is filed.
I've had good service from them, up to this point.
Now, This Sucks: Their shipping issue gets made MY Problem, and there's no compensation other than an "Um,we're sorry." That's lame-O.
NEWSFLASH: "Sorry" doesn't put a lip I paid for a month ago on my summer-only car.
Sooner or later I hope it shows, and I won't be doing any large parcel business with JSC Speed unless they get s**t straight with their distributors and put the customer FIRST.
I know GReddy (seriously!) doesn't give a crap about their USDM, maybe Cusco is equally blase'.
Oh well, in the future I'll talk with my wallet.
If I don't see some action soon, I'll reverse the cc charges.
It's unacceptable, HORRIBLE customer service to leave me twisting in the wind for a part I paid about $500 for a month ago.
Making JSC's shipper's f**kup My Problem is nothing short of a load of crap.
JSC drop-ships most of their merchandise, so if one of their distributors drops the ball I guess it's "not JSC's problem", but the customers.

Keep that in mind before you order.

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with JSC. I've ordered stuff from them about 3-4 times already. Everything arrived within 2 weeks everytime. But, before I order ANYTHING, I always call first. I want to make sure that the item is in stock first to avoid situations like the one your currently in. If a vendor dosen't have the item that I want instock I will looks else where or just wait for them to get the item in stock before I place an order. Hope everything works out for'ya.

Nothing you mentioned seems to be their fault. They are the bearer of bad news. Cusco took forever to ship something, and they have to tell you about it. Besides, shame on you for only driving an awd car in summer.

I called, it was "in stock", but what does that matter when JSC doesn't HOLD any stock??
It's their fault that they can't ship a replacement, it shouldn't be on Me to deal with their lost shipments.
As to "driving an AWD car only in the summer", well, I live in Maine, and I drove the STi last winter but all the mods' won't make this winter possible. Hell, this lip won't allow it with only 2" of clearance.
I have an RX-8 that only makes it out about 3K a year, I wish the weather was more like Florida, lol!
JSC should direct Cusco (or whoever) to file their claim, and in the meantime, get me what I paid for.
"Bearer of bad news?"
Pffft.
That's a sorry cop-out, at best, sorry.
I didn't do business with Cusco, I did it with JSC and it's JSC's problem to fix. So far, it's been Nothing But Suck.
THEY need to take responsibility for their orders if they want happy customers, if their margins are so thin that they can't afford to make this right while their people sort out their f**kup, then imo they need to be in another business.

You sound overly mad for a situation such as this.

the in-stock call wouldve pissed me off if they didnt actually have it in stock as well.. but that wouldve been a canceled order right then and there when i found out it wasnt coming.

i hope things work out.

After a month, they called to say that Cusco had refunded THEIR (MY) money for MY lost lip, so now they'd refund mine.
Whooppeeef**k.
(Who pays my credit card interest for the month of $500 that was charged? Me, that's who. F**k THAT.)
VERY Important to Remember:
Japanese domestic parts manufacturers don't give a rat's arse about us, just our money.
Once they've added to their profit margin, we can all go get f***ed.
JSC needs to stand up for their customers from MINUTE ONE, reading what b.s. other people are going through just amplifies the Issue at Hand.
Rennick doesn't play this game, and neither does Import Image or many others I can name.
JSC's drop-shipping plain sucks, and I won't be bothering to have my hard-earned money jerked around in the future.

Want morre??
Here's how JSC handles other orders:
Jscspeed.com (merged thread) - Page 7 - Vendor Reviews - NASIOC

Order elsewhere until they get their s**t straight,imVho.....

A refund has been issued to you for the full cost of the lost item, full shipping coast, and an additional $50. I apologize for the log time that it took to have this matter resolved. I apologize for all of this but if you would give us another chance in the future we will more then make it up to you. We can do 20% off web price for your next order ( on the whole order). Also, we have removed this product from our website and no longer offer it because of this instance. If you need to contact me please email or call me.

Thank you,

JSC Speed is awesome. I'm somewhat local and have no problem driving 45 min and paying tax for the customer service they give. If i'm looking for something new they are the first place i go and recommend.

As far as drop shipping go's...i've been there a few times and they have a HUGE inventory and most parts are literally "in stock". From experience it never hurts o call though with vendors to check before ordering because there not gunna let you know they dont have it until you ***** (cough cough GRUPPE-S cough).

Credit card interest? You're kidding right? If you had the lip on time, you'd still have to pay the CC...so what the heck does CC interest have to do with anything?

Glad to see they worked it out...I guess.

Huh? If he had the lip on time why would he care about the CC interest? The whole reason he was mad was because he had a $500 debt + interest on something he was never going to recieve.

You need to have your own business sometime and then you'll understand what they went through to get all of that back to you.

You just sound like a kid who gets upset pretty easily. Understand that they are trying to run a business and things happen that they can't control sometimes.
