Bought a Braille 15Lb battery from these a$$holes last week. Today it comes in looking like its been on a car for at least 2-3 months. I actually paid for the 11 lb battery first, but they convinced me to go for 15 because it has a much longer life span. Here they are sending me a used 15 lbs, which probably will last less than a new 11 lbs

)) Terminals on this thing are all dirty and scratched up, and the bottom looks scratched beoynd description like it was grinding against a metal battery bracket in an engine bay

I called them as soon as I noticed all this, all they said is that they charged the battery before sending it out and the bottom got scratched on the metal bench it was sitting on while getting charged

PLEASE BE ADVICED, DO NOT BUY FROM VELOCITYFACTOR.COM EVAAAAR!!! YOU'LL SAVE YOURSELF LOTS OF TROUBLE.

P.S. oh yeah, in case you boneheads are reading this too... I DONT BELIEVE A SINGLE WORD YOU SAID TO ME...
