Just went in for a tire swap and alignment.

Pluses:
+ Staff was extremely pleasant to work with.
+ Techs were able to attain -1.0 camber (front) on my stock setup as requested.
+ Their new facility is probably the nicest auto shop I've ever been in. Nice comfy couches and a big LCD TV on the wall to watch while you wait.
+ Took awhile longer to do the work than they initially told me, but made things right with a bit of a discount on the bill. A+ customer service right there.
+ Car drove great after the visit.

Minuses:
- None! would do business with again!
