I ordered an Exhaust from Japan, my fault i didnt check about the JDM/USDM length thing, but Chris still offered to send me a JDM length DP (I told him not to be stupid since it was my fault haha, they caught me off guard...NEXT TIME CVR..NEXT TIME lol)

At the same time i asked for my RSB mounts to be shipped, the shipping company looses the RSB Mounts, and CVR send me a set again, no hassle.

Again good guys, and care about their customers. They get pretty busy, so if you have been waiting for something, make sure to follow up with them, they dont blow people off, they just get lots of "feeler" emails i think.

A+++ from me, all my large orders have been with them as i trust them, from my Ti Catback to my RE30s.

Well I seem to be one of the rare few that are not that satisfied with their purchase from CVR motorsports. I placed my order July 2nd in the evening, so i expected it to take atleast a few days for it to go out, especially for the holiday. I ordered the Stage II brake package by the way.

My brakes go here on the 7th which is acceptable, but they did not come with the fluid or SS lines that are with the kit. So i double checked my order online and apparently it comes in two different packages. Ok, fine. Also i didn't receive tracking until my pads were already here. I come home from a run and notice a DHL truck in my driveway, and i have no idea what it is, since CVR shipped through fed-ex. I open the box and there is my fluid. I never got a tracking number for this shipment, and didn't even know it was coming, i just assumed it would come with the SS lines. Now my SS lines better come in today, because i have an appointment early tomorrow morning to get all this installed and done.

Overall the ordering process was easy and simple enough, although CVR didn't respond to my email, they did respond to my PMs quickly and did tell me they did just get off of a break for the holiday weekend. I was more dissapointed in how their items were shipped off in 3 different boxes, which makes it really inconvenient because i have to be home to sign for it.

I'd give CVR a 7/10 overall, not bad, but they could definitely improve in some areas.

We certainly work hard for everyone at all times and only want to do the best we can by any and all means, but for that at times we do need to know your needs a bit more clearly. For instance, it would be very easy for us to instruct shippers to leave the package(s) at your door without the need to sign for them. However for your safety, signature requirement is the standard to avoid any losses that could occur, I am sure you can understand that.

While we have over 2000 products on our website and counting daily, not all items may be in stock at any given time, and in relation to packages since we sell each item individually as well, this may also apply for any number of reasons, manufacturer delays, transit issues, high demand etc. It is for this reason that we always encourage anyone to shoot us a pm, email or the preferred method of communication to check stock especially if there is a delivery need/install date that needs to be met.

Again, I thank you and everyone for their support and feedback, and encourage anyone with any questions to shoot us a pm in the least. We were closed from July 3rd to July 8th but just as we answered your pm as soon as we saw it is the same way we actively check daily to ensure everyone is being attended
