It pulls alot better and smoother. I still can't get why boost is falling off that hard. I'm not saying that is has anything to do with the tune. Any ideas why?

That's totally normal on the stock turbo... its not efficient at higher boost levels in the upper rpm range.

After CAM rolloff it will do that, sometimes you get lucky and it holds but I had to mess around alot to get my boost to not fall off so bad. I hit 18PSI then fall to somewhere aroung 14PSI. That took forever to get it like that.
