Thumbs up XXChris (on IWS) from XX Tuning - East Hartford, CT

first and foremost, i would like to thank the exceptionally wonderful people at XX again for the care they gave my car. they didn't just exceed "amazing customer service," to me, they've redefined it!

they are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely competitive in all aspects of all the businesses they work in - but some adjectives that almost seem like they were created especially for them are "dedicated perfectionists."

Chris - thank you so much for diagnosing my car, tuning the devil into it, and for being such a perfectionist with the tune. i think that if i had every last one of your vast tuning skills, i would fall short of creating a tune like the one you provided me with because of the amount of patience you have. it really showed what kind of guy you are when you decided to cancel your plans to stay and finish my car (and save me another trip on something that had nothing to do with XX tuning). i am proud to be running your tune(s) right now, elated at the part throttle driveability the car now has, the gas mileage, and just the overall feel to the car. i can't say enough, how happy i am with the way you fixed it up. hopefully one day soon, i can come back up there and enjoy a beer with you guys!

Matt - coming over to my car on such a short notice (more like no notice), while in the middle of a high-priority job, slapping in a new set of injectors with Chris, exuding the level of patience and expertise that you did, providing all the explanations to my 50 questions, and all the other things i forgot to mention, my sincerest gratitude. you were terrific and XX must be proud to have a specialist like you there.

Danny - it seems like you are not mentioned much around these parts - but this is definitely a reflection of your standards. you have all the tools your guys need, but better still, every customer that ever walked into XX has more than they need because of the fantastic family you put together there. thank you for staying so late with us all, the support, and for the well wishes. your place is tops!

to make a very long story short, my car had developed an injector problem, and needed a tune to "freshen her up." Chris and Matt fixed her up right, then Chris tuned the hell into it. car runs strong, but better yet, acts like the most civilized car fresh off a showroom floor when it's at part-throttle. i couldn't be happier with the car right now.

if anyone has any question about XX tuning and do not wish to post it here, please feel free to PM me.

if you are in need of one last thread to make a decision about going there, let this be your thread.

I love the guys up there at XX. Chris really does go the extra mile when it comes to tuning, he wont let a car leave until he is fully happy with it.

Nice work guys.

Chris couldn't have done a better job with my car as well. I am not even surprised that you feel this way Majin!

The time and effort he puts into his work clearly comes across in each car. Absolutely great experience from me! A+ work.

Chris is one of the best tuners that I have talked with via PM. He's a really nice, logical, talented guy - unlike a lot of other 'professional' tuners who are basically there to just make money (and don't really understand how to tune).

Just came from Chris at XX Yesterday! A great guy, with a lot of knowledge! I wouldnt want anyone else tuning my car! I told him that I wanted an OVERLY safe tune, and he he gave me one, with GREAT Driveability! I made 295 WHP at 18PSI at 11 AFRs. I am extremely happy with XX and Chris, and would reccomend him along with many others
