dale at boxer4racing. He's a nice guy and runs a good shop but i don't know about his tuning ability. If you have a simple setup it might be worth a shot to contact him and talk to him for a little bit...

Hey Charlie.....dunno if you've done anything yet but +1 on Dale @ Boxer4racing....this guy knows his stuff!! I haven't been tuned by him but know some who have, he doesn't have a dyno but he's good!!
