Phil (the owner/tuner) is in MD, but he is always somewhere tuning cars. If you can get him into your area, i know he will give you the best tune possible....

His forte, is HUGE turbos, and meth... lots and lots of meth... but he can tune anything (and has!)

his "car" (i call it a monster) has a 70lb wheel turbo and meth. Makes like 580hp... oh and thats off the NO2 bottle in the back

call him... you will not be dissapointed with his service or his tune
