Good to hear My current set up is currently tuned by SS also. I am heading down to SOG in a couple of weeks for a turbo upgrade and tune from SS. Its only a 12 hour drive each way from Detroit

I am counting on it being well worth it (again)

Yep, that should be near 450 whp fairly easily. I was pleased with how well your car tuned up, it responded very predictably.

I so need to get a ride in your car. It sounds awesome.

Not to Hi-jack but....

SS, do you think its possible to run a Green/SMC kit/STi TMIC on stock injectors or is that asking way too much?

i would think that would be too much on the stockers, the perrin modded injectors would go well with that setup

Hey Snow, the Green on the STi TMIC is probably a bit much. Generally we say that the 20G is as big as you should go on the stock TMIC. That said, all the STi TMIC would do is limit the boost, which we might be doing anyway due to the stock injectors, and heat the charge, which would be cooled with the meth anyway... I would suggest going to at least the TXS TMIC, but we could certainly try it

I would imagine we could do near 22 psi peak, and taper to stay near 100% IDC... maybe 19 psi at 7k...

It would certainly be FAST. Like I said, we could try it, and it would be fast, it would just be a questions of how much you were limiting yourself by the TMIC and injectors... Let's do it.

The 3" should be worth some spool and maybe 10 whp at the top.

congrats!

topspeed is the best tuner around, IMo (have been tuned by several, and none compare)

i have had the TS310, and now am on the coveted ts350(±) setup. until march....

use them with great confidence; i have never seen a wrx/sti unhappy with them before.

Doug's the man, and their facility rocks out some awesome setup rides!!

cannot wait for Dougs next vacation.
