Default Xoticmotorsports tuning

I just had a SZ49 installed and tuned Ecutek by Andy at Xoticmotorsports. My car now registers 361whp and is sick. The professionalism of Xotic is the best I have ever seen. Tonight Andy stayed and waited for me because I needed some adjustments. Andy always answers my questions without hesitation and does not roll his eyes like some other tuners and mechanics.
He wants you to understand what is going on. They have a Dynojet AWD dyno and he must have done 60 pulls in the past 2 days.I strongly suggest that anyone who is interested in a good, safe, powerful tune call Andy. I will post my dyno charts when they are emailed to me.

Wow, these guys are really closeby! I also wonder if they will get Cobb's protuner software. I would love to get protuned. Especially if I ever decide to upgrade turbos.

I am sure if you had the protuner he would do the tuning for you. Maybe get some people together for a group tune and split the price of the protuner.

Just curious, C43, but do you think that 361 whp on 93 octane on a dynojet sounds a bit low for an sz49? Especially given the FMIC/boost controller? That sounds more like 20g numbers. Is the tune really conservative? Or, are you running lower boost than most do with the sz49?

I'm just curious, as I was hoping to go the 20g route someday. I was actually hoping for somewhere around 350-360whp with the right setup. I was willing to sacrifice topend power for lowend spool. But for the chedda that's gonna cost, I was hoping for some good gains over stock levels.

thanks,
-Josh

It is conservative for right now. I am takin it in steps because when that turbo kicks in hold on. The Bryn Mawr area is twisty and when coming around a corner at wot the turbo kicks in throwing you into a drift sensation. I'm at 1.5bar. We can get more out of her but why risk the engine with more timing. I just want to work on more low end. I am actually thinking twin turbo. LOL.
Andy at Xoticmotorsports is honest and reliable. He is the only person tuning my car.

Sorry, My work email can not be accessed from home, because I have a I-mac and I forgot my friggin keychain password. If you have a mac and you will understand. The keychain to a mac is like oxygen to us. Even in the mac store the guy was like " you forgot your keychain HA Ha ha" "Your Fvcked". Sorry this has nothin to do with me posting a my Dyno charts. When I'm at work I forget due to the daily abuse of retail. I promise I will get them up this week.

Cool. I hear ya on the Bryn Mawr area. The whole Montgomery County/Delaware County area has alot of older roads. You need to get out into the country!

nice!!!

i too wanna see the dyno readings...

curious.... didya keep the stock boost solenoid?? iso, im strongly urging you to ditch it for the nifty perrin EBCS unit instead. it can be set up for ultra quick response; making spool much better than stock capabilities.... (but you WILL need to have the wastegate duty cycle adjusted; you'll wanna do the install once to the tuner!!

congrats and nice choices bro.
