I just got may car tuned by Clark Turner and Dave Brown. Runs like a champ, Check out my stage 2 #s I put down in my sig.

One thing you have to remember is you're taking a car and tuning it to have l 50-100 more horsepower than the car was engineered to have. When you have problems you can't blame the tuner. Subaru made the STi a 300HP car. If you want to increase that then you have to be prepared for problems and it is YOUR fault to screwed around with the car to begin with. These guys are here to tune our cars and make money. They are going to do the best they can. If my car blows up tomorrow, its not what THEY did, it's what I did.

I really do understand what you are saying, but it doesn't pertain to this thread. Clark obviously didn't do the greatest job tuning the MAF...

I had Clark tune my '07 back in March and it was an absolute GARBAGE tune. Rather than spending time to rescale my MAF (70mm intake) and fueling (850cc injectors) he just loaded a base map and called it a day. My car was pulling 6 degrees of timing on his map at about 3200 rpms He had my car running 14 to 1 at full boost...if I wanted that crap I'd stick with the crappy stock tune

I got a protune from Tim Bailey and couldn;t be happier. The car performs very well and I know the car is safe.
