Default how to fix the window stratch?

hey guys, i wonder how u guys able to fix the window stratch or whatever?

btw, my car's windows are fine but i am put this thread up to see how so i can help my friend for his window that have stratch from bad storm that did threw wood stick to his front window

then break it and file a claim.

it was damaged from a storm, talk to insurance?

he just told me thathe will try go to autozone to see if there any way to possible to fix it or whatever
