Default Install Head light bulbs

Specifically I am wanting to install the little bulbs in my headlights. I think they are just the parking lights. The lights that come on when you turn on the switch on top of the steering wheel.

thanks

I can't really get my hand back there to take those bulbs out, do I need to remove anything first?

Ok, so how do you get your hands back behind the light so you can actually pull the bulbs out and replace them. All I am able to do is get two fingers on the wires right behind that bulb.
