Bro I am so with uou on this. I was wondering if anyone else was having the same issue. EVERYTIME I use the side oem place I bend the crap out of that metal. I just changed my oil last night and it bent even more. I am going to buy ramps from now on or take my car to a lift. I hate that it bends like that.

^^^ Either jack on the center plate, or if you must jack on the side, get an adapter for the pinch weld seam.

I put a $70 summit aluminum jack with rubber pad about 4 inches back under the front door sills. There is a seam that ends there and gives you a strong and flat spot. I've jacked it there over 100 times.

I dont like jacking the diff (1300+ pounds?) but I know it's been done.

BTW, with my stiff setup, both side wheels are off the ground when I jack from the side sill. (front 2 inches, rear 1 inch) No diff jacking needed for me.
