Default 06 sti with hks turbo timer type 1

Hey, i have an 06 sti with a new hks trubo timer i just baught and installed somewhat. I have the turbo timer set up so yes it does its job but i didnt hook up the rpm and mph wires. I have no idea how to do this and i was wondering if anyone had some pics or some info for me to do this. I would just like to get the full features of my hks type 1 turbo timer. I have the cords and the tools, just dont no what wires to strip and soder on. I heard its on the ecu but i really dont want to mess with that unless i have some good info.
Thanks alot guys/gals.

theres alot of information on this if you search, im not sure if the 06 wiring is the same as the 04 but i know the speed wire is the green with black stripe wire behind the speedometer which is easier to get to than on the ecu imo, as for the rpm wire i cant remember the color but you should be able to find information about it

you may want to invest in an extension harness, so you don't cut in to your factory wires.
