i did my dp tonight. the heatshield was the only PITA because my car was sizzling from driving it 5 minutes before that.

Make sure you have something planned for engine management. If you just run a catback you are ok, but after you install the dp I hope you have something for em. I got just a catback and ap to begin and loved it. Then I saved some more and bought a dp, flash stg 2 and

I say DIY, its not that hard...

And btw, if you're doing a catted TBE setup, you should be fine for a while without EM. If you're going catless, then you're gonna run into boost creep issues.

EM does NOT fix boost creep issues!

And boost creep is a funny beast. My catless TXS setup didn't creep at all, however my catted APS setup creeps like whoa.

Jack stands and Ramps are cheap!! You only need one or the other. My ramps set me back 30.00. Don't let your lack of tools hold you back. These installs are what help to build up your tool collection anyway! Paying someone to do something simple is foolish.
