Boost Gauge in AC Vent

Tried a search and couldn't find anything. I want to do this and am looking for anyone to give me a quick overview of what I need and how to do it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Search under Esstaeyee (sp?). He is the only one that I know of that has done it.
