How to fix an HKS BOV

So when i got my car a month ago it came with a HKS BOV and it didnt blow off. So i adjusted it and still nothing so i take it off and theres no valve in the middle i was like WTF?????? Anyone ever heard or seen of this??and can i fix it or is it just a paper weight now?

Buy a stock BPV.

Is it on 100% recirc.?

w/e. Ditch it for the stock BPV as Insane said.

god none of you are any help . . contact the manufacter or the person you bought it from, if your ognna run a non recirulative bov, you should get tuned for it
