Default Help with install Defi Gauge and pod .

I need some help with the install of these gauges. I have the Defi Boost, Exhaust gas temp, and oil pressure. I need to know if the boxes the gauges come in have all the needed hardware to install them in our STI's. If you guys have pics of your installs that would be awesome as well. I just got them today and would like to installe them asap but wanna be sure I do it right the first time as they do cost 1,000 dollars you know.....

Thanks for your help.

Honestly, do a search, there are a bunch of posts about installing these gauges. And yes I do believe that they come with everything you need to install them. Hope you find your answers there.

For the boost you need a T fitting that fits the STi's hose, the one that comes with the kit is too small, you can buy it at almost any autopart store, for the EGT all you need are the right tools to tap the manifold, and for the oil pressure you need either the galley plug or a sandwich adapter (this one is easier). Hope this helps

i just installed the same gauges. salty is correct. as for the hardware they do come with gauge holders but i would suguest you buy the pod or piller gaugle holders. I used the defi gauge pod. if irs for an o6 make sure you keep the clock\airbag display connected. and go with the sandwich adapter its def worth the extra bucks

I'm using one made by Greddy. There are many makers, all you really need is one that fits your car.
