i had the same problem with fluctuating idle after my install, but not to the point where the car felt like it was going to stall. i recently reset the ecu & flashed to stage 2 93 map. the weird idle is not as noticable.

I have the Cobb AP and doin stage 1 93 on the gas, do I have to update a new map on the real time maps B/C of this CAI?

I just installed this intake last weekend and had idle problem at first, I think it may have been that I put my MAF on backwards originally. (See thread I started for more info) Hardest part of the install, for me, was pulling out the old snorkus and fitting in the 2nd part of the piping for the CAI. The snorkus has a bolt deep into the fender, which was somewhat hard to reach. To install I just took off the wheel and pulled back the fender liner, which tore a little

i have both injen and k&n... none of which are better than the stock airbox.. ok.. anyways.. they sound exactly the same.. and they will cause your acceleration to flutter...

the intake will not cause your car to throw a cel.. if it does.. u screwed up insalling it

there is no freakin reason to get the injen intake unless u have a highly modded drag machine.. even in that case.. its very rare to be using an injen... uh.. u will get a lot better throttle respons and accel with stock airbox if your running the stock turbo...

hmm.. yea i was stupid enough to try on an injen.. the k&n is quite good.. close to stock.. but i would say dont bother.. take off the snorkel and u still get the sound.. just slightly quieter.. plus lowers your chance of bad a/f mixure.. especially if u have an aftermarket exhaust...

ok have fun
