Default brake pad install of ebc reds

hey guys..quick question coldnt find an answer elsewhere...i ordered a set of front brake pads (ebc reds) and two of them have wiring attached that are coated but it appears to be an electrical hookup that hooks to something inside or near the caliper? Any idea as to what the wiring does...ive watched the brake pad install video and eveyrthing else seems fairly easy, i just dont understand where to plug the wiring into?
thanks,
ryan

those are for the cars that have the electrical low brake pad detector. cut the wire off and put them on. Make sure you use these ONLY for track! They take a long time to heat up in order to have the performance you are looking for. They are not recomended for street-spirited driving.
