I don't know the torque specs for those. Check the Prodrive instructions. I do know the 2 large bolts should be torqued down pretty hard.

the Prodrive instructions are like 2 pictures and about 1 sentence, they're awful and have no information or details.

I found my copy of the instructions and they weren't too bad. The photos gave you enough information to figure out what went where. I wonder if they've changed. It's pretty straight forward, PM me if you need help.

I just bought an aftermarket roof vane for my 06 STi but no idea how to unbolt the stock in order to perform the swap. Any help?

^^ It fairly easy. First thing to do is to unscrew and unclip the plastic screw on the inside of the wing. (one on each side) Once that's done you'll need to gently pry off the outside covers (body coloured plastic). Be very gentle with this as the two clips holding each cover in place are very brittle and might break. I used a small screwdriver wrapped in cloth to pry them off. Once the covers are off, there are 2 bolts on each side which hold the black metal piece in place.

To tail the above post I would love to see any kind of DIY for installing the 06 roof vane spoiler/diffuser on a 04/05!

I'd like to see a step by step (with photos) on how to install the Group-N STi engine mounts.

I got it from the guys at Mach V. I'm sure they'll deliver to you. It's a bit pricey though. Mach V charges $320 +shipping for the vane itself. But the only other place I could find it for sale was some Japanese site and I don't read Japanese.

Thanks I'll give that a shot.

Search and you shall find. WolfPlayer did a nice write up w/ photos a while back:

Notes on Group-N Engine Mount Install (+ Pitch mount info!)

see http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=545 too.

Looks like a PITA install. I was debating about doing them but I'm too lazy.

I second this request, I hear it's pretty easy.....but just want to hear from someone who has done it.
