more oil than i would like to admit lol....it worked really well....the ideal way to do it would be cap off one end and fill it with gas then dump it out then use brake cleaner to get the residue since the brake cleaner evaporates quickly

I recently did my FMIC. I used gas, that should be the best option to used because it'll break up the oil after you move it around in there then let sit w/ one side up until all the oil comes out and the repeat the process and let it sit on the other side up.

it appears that gas complete with a cap for one end is the best

-Cap it off w/ gas inside and shake it up
-Let it sit on it's side if FMIC or on the only opening it has face down and let it drain.
-Repeat as necessary

Note: You may want to clean out the throttle body & IC piping while your at it
