Default Cobb SS Install help

I have a question about installing the Cobb SS. How did you guys modify the metal frame so that the SS has room to shift? I simply have the basic tools wrenches and what not so sure what to do on how to trim/cut the metal. I reviewed the HSPN install, but they never showed how they cut it, simply that it needs to be modified. Any help appreciated!!

Thanks

honestly i used a dremel and a cut off wheel. This was able to trim it back a bit. these tools can be purchased at home depot

i used a dremel, but a $5 hack saw would probably cut it. pun intended.

A $5 hacksaw will definitely do the job.

thanks for the feedback guys.. ended up using a hacksaw.. took a while, but definely worth the price compared to the dremel *since i don't really have too much use for one*
