I think those ramps are just to get the car high enough to get a jack under.

Some bigger floor jacks won't fit under some cars.

That is correct, the ramps are made for low vehicles so that you can get a jack under them.

would the chargespeed T-2 lips have to ship freight or could they ship UPS or Fedex?

They do unfortunately have to ship freight. We have tried with UPS and Fedex, but it's to large for both companies. Contact us and we can get you a freight quote.

97itr239- The mounting holes are bit differnt. So I guess it *could* fit, but you may have to modify them.
