Anyone know anything about those cool pig stickers on hte side view mirrors of the WRC cars? Are they some sort of a trademark for a particular produtc? Are they for sale anywhere?

someone on nasioc was asking about that a while back.....I don't remember what they said though.

Along with that, anyone know where 555 came from? I know they've had it around forever, but why that number?

The '555' made its debut in 1993. Subaru was sponsored by a company called BAT who owned the 555 cigarette company. I'm not sure about the mirror stickers.

It's a logo from a magazine in Japan....kinda like a girly magazine it looks like.

You can see the pig logo there in red. Still not sure why it's on the WRC car....
