Iwannasubi is selling FAKE Tial 44mm wastegates. I purchased his first one, and it did not even function. Here is a link to Tial's website that shows quite clearly that it is a knockoff: http://www.tialsport.com/realvsfake.html

Umm, yeah. I think the top is supposed to say "Tial Sport" and "Made in America" or something along those lines...uh-oh!!

Its a fake wastegate! It was on the car and didn't even open up. It was on a dyno and didn't even open up. This seller clearly states that is a Tial, however, he has no papers to back it up. Kinda odd. He should have his account suspended until this matter is further handled, letting this go will just have other potential buyers sold fake products. He clearly is making profit of it, if he is selling another one.

I guess the issue is whether you are doing the right thing. You advertised a specific type of product and did not deliver. If you bought it from someone under the same pretenses, then you have the same rights as the person that purchased it from you. However the rights of the person that bought it from you do not change simply because you purchased it from someone else. Am I wrong?

If you buy a car that is stolen, it doesnt matter if your the first or the third buyer. Its still a stolen car and when they find it there going to take it.

There was a post early that someone said it should say Tial Sport made in America. I have used alot of Tial products and not one of them has ever not had there name ingraved in the product.
Iwannasubi needs to take the part back and refund the guys money, regardless if he bought it as a fake. Just because you got hosed by a fake doesnt give you the right to pass it on or pretend you didnt know and that makes it ok. Personally I think he new it was a fake, Because he bought it then took it someplace to have it installed and they told him it was a fake thats why it was never used.
