If you'll notice in column 1 at the bottom of the list the 99' Impreza takes an OEM filter number that alot of the cars in column 2 use as well. I'll do $60 shipped in the US for both items...I'll also throw in the K&N filter spray cleaner and brand new can of filter oil I need to buy today to re-oil the filter.
