FS/WTT: 05 CGM Sti CT/NY

I hate to sell my baby, but i'm going back for grad school in the near future so looking to sell or trade for something plus cash. As the title says CGM color, no mods (only had prodrive springs but oem springs are back in), low miles: currently 7.3k, never tracked or abused, clean inside and out, upgraded to hawk pads all around, optional extended factory warranty will carry over, optional short-throw, weathertech mats. I'm only asking what i owe on the car...$27,400 OBO.
