IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2005 | just curious if anyone knows this is possible. Now that i got it protuned, my I-mode feels like a stage 1 S#-mode. Was wondering if the tuners could bring that down a tad bit back to I-mode on stage 1 without compromising the other modes. Jon and HB said that wasn't possible, although i wasn't sure if he understood my question. |

IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2005 | I was stage 2 with OTS map when I got it protuned, so I didn't really have base line numbers. Although if you look at the second sheet, my "baseline" was a stage 2 bolt-on w/o AP map--shows i gained about 90wtq. thanks Last edited by Epine; 03-03-2009 at 05:06 PM.. |

IWSTI Addict since: Oct 2008 | Your tuner is correct when he says that he cannot change how the I-mode behaves as it is just a mathmatical reduction of the main tune. The #, -, and I modes cannot be programmed individually. That would be really cool though. One for dd, one for meth, and one for race gas. Sweet. |

IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2008 | Map switching with the SI drive is possible only with a high end ECU, like the Cosworth Pactel ECU. The ecu is expensive and the tuning is a lot more expensive than a OS or Cobb AP tune since there are a lot more options to fine tune every little thing in the car. |
