R means it's a ball bearing turbo.

Sick car too, man.

Awesome setup man. Great to see a different setup than the norm. Tuners don't like it usually, but who likes to be a sheep following the group anyways? That ATP stock location 35R looks like it must fit so much better than the HTA green and other equivalents. 1st time I have seen this setup on here with proper supporting mods and tuned. Well tuned at that regarding power achieved, proper motor work, and the Q16 gas. C16 gets embarrassed by this gas on turbo cars. You also have the Sig. series motor which is and capable of seeing just what that stock location ATP 35R is capable of. Is that Q16 plot just race gas, or is it Q16 AND HEAVY dose of meth(70/30 or greater meth mix)?????
Could you post a pic of the EWG especially and the surrounding turbo area up close while mounted and fully plumbed? Or link please? From the passenger side toward drivers' side angle rather than from the drivers side toward passenger side. That turbo came out AFTER I bough my current setup and I REALLY like that ATP stock location 35R but nobody has shown what you have just shown the Subie STi community...rotated IS NOT the king of STiville and ATP has dropped a BOMB. That setup looks very well placed if you know what I mean.
The owner of this car gets a for stepping up and trying this setup. More like pushing it. Now go get a few QTR passes outta it before Cecil and other tracks close this season. Post it up in fastest times and link it in this thread. This is BIG in my opinion and I'm excited if you can't tell.

So, Full race makes their twin scroll headers capable of "bolting onto" their 1.5 scroll uppipe which worked out to be EASILY bolted onto the ATP 35R SL turbo+ 44 EWG setup? Any additional fabbing needed on your or whomever did the complete turbo/header install? Probably the most important question of my babbling. LOL! I'm just floored at the potential.

Eric

Thanks for the feedback, let me try and answer all of the questions posted, if I miss one let me know

The Q16 map is just Q16 with no injection...

The pump/meth map is 50/50 water/meth...

I'll get some more pics and vids up as soon as the rain stops...

The Full-Race twin scroll manidold bolts right up to either their twin or 1.5 scroll up-pipe, no mods required and fitment was perfect... The ATP 35R turbo and EWG/down pipe fit extremely well... I'll get some better pictures from different angles to show the clearances - Hill took an extra precautionary measure and added heat wrap around the main wire harness that runs parrallel to the down pipe, but after running the car hard and inspecting the harness for excess heat it's a not an issue...

Lag - what lag... My 'butt dyno' can't tell the 10-20hp/tr difference under 3750rpms, but the kick after 3750rpms is definitely distinquishnable Check out the below dyno comparisson between a bone stock STI and my setup, both on Hill's dyno... This thing pulls at any rpm and just get's down right nasty past 4200rpms - it's certainly forced me to learn how to shift faster! The Full-Race manifold and 1.5 scroll up-pipe are the primary reason for the ridiculous spool up! I haven't seen any other setup, rotated included, that have the spool and trq that the Full-Race system provides...

Be sure to keep us updated. Thanks for the answers. That dyno plot comparison of your car VS a bone stock STi is ridiculous. In a good way.

Damn!!! Its twin scroll. I would not sacrifice my boxer rumble for the twin scroll. Well no wonder you got amazing numbers.

Just so people don't think the turbo is twin scroll when they quickly read through. . The header is a twin scroll which bolts to a 1.5 scroll uppipe. The 1.5 scroll uppipe allows a stock location, non twin scroll turbo to be used with the twin scroll header. But yeah, you loose the boxer rumble. But like somebody pointed out before in other threads, the boxer "rumble" is the sound of inefficiency. I think with his cams, heads and block, it still rumbles like a MOFO.
