Well on race gas she was starting to concern us on fuel pressure, so now I’m looking in to the dual walbro pump set up. Also when we did gears 1-5th and looked back at the data the intercooler starts heating up towards the end of 4th and by 5th it is heat soaking. so to fix this I either have to hook up the nitrous intercooler sprayer or get a more efficient intercooler. I am very happy with the tune and even on pump pulls really hard.

75/25 will do much better and should still be easy on your pump.

thanks for the nice review. The car was a total beast on 91 Octane for such low boost levels. Then once we started tuning the 110, the car just picked up power like nothing. 400whp without even trying at 23-24psi. Then we added another 2psi and picked up over 40whp. This a great turbo for the stock block IMO. Great power and a usable powerband without having to run 8k RPM. The main restrictions now are the FMIC which starts to hear up at higher boost levels, and the single walbro which seems to be running out of fuel and dropping pressure at higher flow rates as well. This is a very fun car overall and I can't wait to see what we can do with those few restrictions resolved.

Hey Ed, we found some line that was blown off yesterday. Kyle put it back on and said it pulls a little better. You have to ask him what it was but this car apparently wants more power.

Yep, I talked to him about it. It may very well explain the fueling issues we were running into toward the end of the 110 tune.

That would be nice b/c then he could ditch the dual walbro idea and go for more power mods .

BTW, once I get my header situated and my ewg setup installed, I'll be calling you.

I think dual walbro's will still be a good idea for this setup unless he decides to go with meth injection. We've been discussing the various options so we'll see what happens.

I'll be looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks

Ya im defently goin with the dual walbro's just for the add safety. im also looking into some PnP parts, just little things. really need to the heat soak out of the intercooler hopefully the the sprayer fixes that. Ya we've been talking about some other things to add also .
