93 octane with meth (safely). Pump gas only will be pushing the safety limit at 21-22 psi. You could do a little more but if you got a bad tank of gas...

oh gotcha. Are you considering a Race gas map with meth? I'm sure your more then satisfied already Must be totally different animal compared to the FP Red at 27lbs.

I'm very happy. And yes, it is a TOTALLY different animal compared to the Red. With that said, the Red is an excellent stock location turbo. I loved my time with mine. But now on to bigger and better things.
Not sure if we will do a race gas map or not. Will just depend on if we have some extra time on our hands or not.

On the same dyno, I made 440whp with the Red on the stock block running 27lbs peak boost. 93oct/100%meth. My numbers now are with 93oct/75-25 meth-water.

It's not sleeved. 100mm JE pistons, Manley rods, ACL bearings, high volume oil pump, over sized valves, dual valve springs, heads P&P'd, and Cosworth stage 2 cams. That's all that I can think of off of the top of my head.

Here's the graph of the tune that's on the car now. When the break in was done, I had the .82ar hotside and the high boost tune was with the .63ar hotside. Notice how everything shifted to the left. And this is even more noticeable on the street.
File 18 was the break in tune with the .82ar tuned to 20psi peak tapering to 18.5psi at redline. File 27 is the same basic tune only with the .63ar. Same exact boost numbers and timing. HP/TQ numbers were nearly identical while moving the graph to the left.
File 41 is how we took the car off of the dyno. The manual boost controller wouldn't hold any more than 23psi at redline. Once we got out on the street, we did get 27.5psi peak and just over 25 psi at redline. With every 1lb of boost added at redline, we were still getting about 13 whp. So we are guessing that she sits at about 550whp right now. We will know better when the AVCR goes on and we can keep th boost up at redline on the dyno. More to come later down the road...

Helps spool by helping the turbo hotside to retain heat. And also helps to keep the engine bay cooler.
