Default 2008 STi - 282whp / 300wtq

Numbers
Dyno:
Dyno Dynamics
Tuner: Auto Master AMR
Wheel HP: 282whp (stock 201whp)
Wheel TQ: 300wtq(stock 225wtq)

Car Info
Year: 2008
Engine Management: COBB APv2
Turbo: STOCK
Intercooler: STOCK
Injectors: STOCK
Intake/Inlet: AMR BMI Cold Air System
Headers: STOCKUppipe: STOCK
Downpipe: AMR E-CUT Downpipe
CBE: STOCK
Other Power Mods: STOCK

Dyno Sheet:

Here is the dyno plot: STOCK vs AMR S1 vs AMR S1 + AMR BIG MAF vs AMR S2

Modifications:

I love the look of the stock tips on the exhaust. So until I figure out what we want to do with the rear of the car, we have designed an E-Cut downpipe system for the 2008. This system is really a sweet setup. Full bell -mouth, made from stainless steel and fully coated. I have videos and pictures of the vehicle on the dyno, road and everywhere else. I will get those up tomorrow.

Information:

All I have to say is WOW! The car feel amazing! We picked up +20whp / +30wtq. BOOST was left at 18psi. AFR's were 11.0. TIMING was again moderate. Perfect curve as usual. I made some adjustments to the cams leaving a nice smooth power band. I have noticed that the stock turbo will not be as efficient as I had hoped for big numbers. It seems with the added AVCS exhaust cam tuning, the turbocharger is running out of "umph" aka "air" alot sooner then expected. More testing to come but bigger turbocharger definitely looks like it will be needed in shorter time.

of course!

I am working on the pricing right now. Our S1 map can be purchased off of our website the end of next week. We also have a map that will be available at the same time for the S1 + BMI System. The S2 map will be available the following week. We just got our hands on some 91 octane so I can give the guys who can not get 93.

I will get the videos up today. Long day yesterday.

Catback is definitely in the works. We are trying to decide best route for flow and power. We are designing something that will look sweet but can also handle over 500whp on our dyno.
