How do you like the Kelford cams? I have been looking at cams for a while, and I can't make up my mind.

So far so good, the car still has a nice idle with the cams. Cant really say how much of a difference the cams made power wise as i didnt run the turbo without them, but Phil said they are probably the reason is holds power to redline so well.

I think he means that the only difference between the built block and a stock block is forged pistons and rods. The size and compression of everything is the same

His pistons are not stock. They are CP pistons in the stock size/compression. The main difference is the alloy and the manufacturing process, forged vs. cast.
