Hey is this your daily driver? Because i heard the GT35R turbo isnt that convenient for every day driving but then the Green turbo is .... so wahts good>?

I've had both, and I definitely like the GT35 over the Green. The Green spooled faster, but the 35 pulls for days.

When you say 35 pulls for days, what exactly do you mean? And is that good for an everyday drive? lolol

He means that the 35 pulls harder for longer then the green can does. Basically the 35 has lots more power high up in thr rpms. BTW tap did you get the cams and alcy injection in? If so numbers plz.

Cams are going to have to wait, but I did get the alky kit, and I am part way through putting it in.

My car is a highway monster. the Green is fun around town, but since I have gotten the 35, I have really started to get used to the powerbands location, and lag is not as much of a problem. To give a better perspective, the Green would keep up with a Vette, but the GT35R pulls on Vipers.

Thats sooooo sickkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But would you have to install a bigger stroker kit inorder for the GT35r to run on the subaru. or can the stock block work fine??

I would point you in the direction of a GT30R if you are on the stock block. My motor is built, and can handle the boost and the revs to 8K. I would not want to try to run a GT35 on 31 PSI on race gas on a stock set up. You do not need a stroker kit, but you do need internals that can handle the pressure. There are a few guys with stock bottom ends and GT35 kits, but most of them don't really expect it to last.

It looks like next Tuesday I will have the meth kit finished. It looks like I am going to have the bungs soldered onto the intake pipe and that way we can use the threaded bungs with either one or two nozzles for the adjustability I want. We'll see on the tune if we need both or not. If we do use both, I may look into a larger tank if I am going through the Meth too fast. I am currently thinking I will be going with a 75/25 mixture.

I run a 75/25 mix with the 625ml nozzle of the BoostCooler kit. I would say go big on the nozzle and a strong mix. I go through alchy fast if I'm on the throttle alot but no worries with the low level indicator.

I plan to run the 75/25 mix. I picked up 5 gallons of Meth today, so I hope it will last for a little while. We welded in the bungs and I went with the two bungs in case we need two jets. All is wired up and the kit is working. Now I need to get it tuned.

great set up love it! I am in the process of buying my 35R kit right now but I am going to have to wait on a motor build so I am only going to tune the car to low 400s while the stock block is in.

You should buy a spare block to have it built, that way you don't have much downtime.
