Step 1: Get a job that has access to the forum and is either really boring or you're really good at it.
Step 2: Gather as a group and use this thread like a chat room.
Step 3: Don't get butthurt.

Step 5: Try and crash the forum - usually more due to the constant refreshing of such a long thread than the posting in it. Kevin likes it when you max out the server load.

It's relatively simple.
