Actually we have 1 left as of 2/20

Just go to www.pltek.net or call us at 508.615.6604

VIBRANT Performance of Canada, 3inch exhaust. Designed for the rally racer in mind this exhaust sits tucked away in the factory exhaust passages and hangs not much lower than stock to comply with the needs of an aggressive road driver.

Its full stainless, full 3 inches, no tapering, and AWESOME weld quality.

Comes with a silencer for the daily commute, but when left open this exhaust SCREAMS!

Hi,

I wasnt able to find specific information on this but basically the exhaust is pretty loud without the silencer but with the silencer is within the legal db level so you wont have to worry about the authorities.

I have that exhaust...it rocks...and use the silencer around town...unless you like getting pulled over...4 times already...no ticket cause i carry the silencer and I offer to put it on...no cop has made me yet...but you never know. But overall I'm glad I bought it.

Does your car sound the same as this video clip http://www.jscspeed.com/wrx/exhaust/vibrant_catback.htm or does the Sti in the video have down pipes?

Just installed this exhaust on my 04 WRX and its worth every penney, nice stainless steel exhremely good, tight fit.

It comes with preinstalled silencer and unless you step on it, its slightly louder than stock, beautiful. Want to piss off the neighbor, just take the silencer off and floor it 8)

I am not sure where you can find a nicer, higher quality catback exhaust for 425USD.

Best,

Peter Szydlik

I would like to know more about the silencer. How hard is it to remove? Does it change the look of the exhaust? I have never seen one of these maybe a photo?

Hi Tcam33,

if you look at the middle picture, look closely at the muffler tip. The silencer is already in there. Its basically a tube that looks sort of like a funnel that gets inserted into the muffler through the muffler tip and then you bolt it secure with one nut/bolt to the exhaust tip. Let me know if you need any pics.

I hope this helps.
