I like this one. Simple farmers in the foreground, urban expansion in the background Or is that a water tower?

Looks like the CN tower in the picture

Thanks! Yeah, that was just a water tower. Definitely not urban expansion...I took that pic way out in the countryside. I originally was going to remove the tower from the pic, but it grew on me so I left it.

Nice pics. I was in Singapore and Thailand in 94. Sing is such a clean town, you could eat off the sidewalks. The food there is great. Thailand was cool, although I only went to Pataya beach..

lol...I feel sorry for you! I went there last year, and it was...uh...interesting to say the least. The go-go bars are creepy b/c there's no guarantee that the girls are actually girls. The food there was damn good though.

Thanks, I'd love to live out there for a while. Definitely more expensive than Thailand & Malaysia though. It was funny..I had a limo driver take me from Singapore to southern Malaysia (JB) for a business appointment, and as soon as we crossed the border, he pulled over and bought a crap load of gum to bring back...hehe. Crazy laws in Sinapore...

haha, i can still smell the durian from 20 years ago in Burma. 14.5 hour train ride, and every time the train slowed down they were jumping on to sell those things.
they taste fine, but both the smell and the spikes can kill a man

The durian is locally known as the King of fruits.

It smells so bad it's banned around airports and hotels throughout my country
