Nightshots of the STi! (Canon XTi FTW!)

After a long day of studying for finals for 9 hours, I decided to take some pictures to take my mind off the books. Took these pictures at 2:00 AM and they turned out better than I thought! Car is on Cobb springs if anyone is wondering about the drop. The exhaust is the Megan catback. Any constructive criticism would be appreciated. Enjoy:

wow, car looks great! I'm liking the drop, hows the ride of them? The drop looks perfect! Any problems with stock struts?

Nice pics. Normally the drop with the Cobb springs looks raked, I wonder why yours doesn't (I like the raked look)?

the pictures look good, the background is a bit bright/washed but other than that it looks good.

haha.. i did the photo shoot break thing when studying for finals in may. feels good to take a quick ride with the windows down at 2am.
nice pics. what was your exposure time?

every single shot is horribly overexposed and I think it has to do with the extreme backlighting. it also looks as if you added too much contrast, which might be why more of the highlights look blown out.

Which OTB is that?

White balance is off, too... everything looks yellow. I'm guessing the parking lot and restaurant have a lot of amber/orange lighting. And yes, what Parker said about the contrast. Nice looking STI, though!

Orange light and STi's at night mix very, very well.

Thanks for the comments. I'm not sure why it turned out overexposed like that. But my LCD brightness is on default and the pictures usually turn out brighter on the LCD and darker on the computer when I load it up, so I think I might over put the AV too high to compensate for that. But it turned out better than I expected and I'll make sure to turn the AV down next time

. The Cobb's have been on for roughly a 2 weeks. Next up will be pictures of the Evo once I finish everything on it!
