They look good. The only thing i can think of is the focus point on some is a little off, but for the most part they look really good!

This was an interesting shoot as I tried some different settings on the camera after reading some more into exposure in direct sunlight. Most have some editing for sharpness and whatnot. The last couple shots I tried my hand at panning which I have a lot to learn about.

Comments are welcome and appreciated as always. I enjoy getting opinions on these and how to better them in the future.

Get a spotter and get out there on the track next time It's tough to do panning shots from that far away unless you have a big zoom lens. Also, since most auto-x photography looks the same you can try different/non conventional angles to set your shots apart. Here's one I took while I was back in The States a couple weeks ago-

Lastly, are you a tall guy?

Hey Tim,
Thanks for the comments and I agree with you about the panning. I wish I had time to setup for a nice shot closer to the cars. I had about 10 minutes to run around and take these shots. Still have some work to do with proper framing but I'm happy that some of the changes I made in setting up for proper sunlight exposure worked out reasonably well. As far as height is concerned, I am far from being tall .

I totally understand the time limits. The only reason I was able to get out there and shoot when I did was because my car was sitting in Germany and I was in Reno. I'd much rather been driving than shooting.

Getting the correct settings for intense sunlight is tough. I'm not sure what to do exactly so I can't help out too much there. I struggle with it too. I'm not sure how much a lens hood would help but may help a little, as well as some sort of filter possibly.

The reason I asked if you were tall was because some of the angles you shot the parked cars at made it seem like you snapped them while running around (which you just said you did). The angles made it seem like you were tall, but I didn't take in to account how small a Lotus was
