ummm, no. you always have the rights to your pic no matter how many times it has been viewed or put out on the internet. i'd be very careful if you don't respect this because you will find a lot of pissed off photographers who definitely have a legal right to sue you if need be.

You couldn't be more wrong. The image DOES in fact have my name on it.....it is imbedded in the EXIF information. The link in my signature is to my Flickr account where EVERY SINGLE image has it's own copyright stated on the page where it is located. Notice right above where that "image has been viewed 145 times" it says clearly......"© All rights reserved". I suggest you look up exactly what that means.

I know a lot of people have the photo because I personally PM'd it to most of them. I would like to keep it that way...hence...my cordial request above. I didn't want to be a **** about it, but I will be if I have to. Have a little respect for those of us who work hard on our photos.

its at alienware.com..see the alienguise program in my start menu..its that program.find it and download it. i duno if it will give you all the icons bcuz i have not tried it outside of my alien..but im pretty sure it will give you the same look.
