APS SR55 install plus much more! (High res. pics inside)!

Well we did the APS SR55 turbo today on my 05 STI. Among other things, Gruppe-S headers, Slowboy Racing uppipe with 44mm ewg flange, Perrin 816cc injectors, Walboro 255 lph fuel pump, Perrin intake inlet, Perrin big MAF, APS TGV deletes, etc...etc!

Turbo comparison:

Turbos and APS TGV deletes:

Tearing things apart!

Stock turbo off!

Tial 44mm EWG:

Manifold and tumblar valves off:

TGV deletes and Perrin inlet on!

Almost back together!

All in all, it was a very very smooth install. I have a tune with Dan next week at Mach V motorsports, so I'll keep you guys posted with pics, video, graphs, and anything else!

Thanks guys. I know a lot people don't run this turbo because it seems to be a bit over priced. I know that most are hitting 400/400 on pump gas around 19-20 psi. (STI of course). And thats with an internal wastegate, so we'll find out what she can do Wed.

EWG should give you another 10whp or even 15whp. Nice setup...looks like a nice and clean install. Congrats.
