Hi all,

I've been posting up pictures from several different meets elsewhere, and thought I'd share these with the IWSTI folks. Everything was taken with my XTi and various lenses.

Awesome pics, but I have a couple questions for you. First, how big of a difference do you think the lens is making? I've been shooting with Sigma glass on my XT and I can't get that kind of clarity and color quality, do you think it would be worth it to upgrade to canon L glass? Also are these pics adjusted in photoshop at all?

Nice pics. I have an XTi also and I am looking at getting a new lens, what is your favorite lens, or the lens you use the most for car pics?

Thanks for the comments, everyone. Quick answers to your questions:

Camera is a Canon XTi/400D. Lenses include a 50mm f/1.8, 60mm f/2.8 (my favorite), and 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6. I don't own any L lenses, although I have my eye on the 100-400mm L. I do some PP work in Photoshop to make the pictures more web-friendly, and use a completely different workflow for print.

Definitely! I dig your ride. I'm going to try to keep going to the AWD meet in Tempe and the one out in Glendale on Thursdays on a regular basis. Great group of people.
