Default Photoshop - Blur or No Blur?

Hey guys, I recently created this wallpaper for myself in photoshop and I want to know which you all think looks better, I'm a fan of blue, but if anyone likes it and wants it as their desktop, I can do other colors too.

I just need your feedback for right now on which you all think looks better.

I agree but on certain images, mainly photographs of people... Softening it up just a touch makes it look purddddddddy!

Anyways, I thought I'd include the picture that started me on this cel-shading-ish quest. It's already pretty nice as is, but I wanted something less real as a background.

I voted without the blur. I think you should make the windows a solid color in the no-blur picture like they are in the blurred picture though.

yeah, w/o blur is very nice. However, I like the shade of blue better in the w/ blur on the sti, but like you said, you can always go and change the colors around. Amazing job man!

Yeah, no problem. I based what I did off of this tutorial, however, it's not for photoshop. It's the same basic concept.

Add me on AIM and hit me up sometime and I can walk you through it, if you need any further assistance.

Also, here's a revision. Blurred only the text (a few friends said it looked better with only the text blurred) and also darkened the windows.
