i only got to ~125-130mph. the porsche's and m5's were getting ~145-155mph.
Did your mirrors start to howl? I hate that noise. It sounds like a buzzer or something. I usually hit about 125-130 at Buttonwillow running Clockwise if the drag strip is open and magic mountain is closed. You can carry tons of speed off Riverside. But at buttonwillow there is tons of runoff. Big Willow has waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to many walls for me.

my windows were down. i couldn't tell. i actually thought big willow lacked the walls. i actually made a comment about how i liked the track because of that . this was my first track so i haven't seen the others.

Really not a fan of the wingless look, but to each his own. I just find it odd that you removed the wing and are tracking the car. Somewhere the wing could actually see some use.
You're right about that, I'm loosing some down force for sure. Big Willow would be a place where you'd really need it, thats a fast track....maybe to fast.
