I am sorry but Jeep is not a performance vehicle in my opinion and trust me I own one. Jeep is better suited as a 4wd vehicle, and thats why I have my Rubicon.......

A SUV that can pull nearly 1g on the skidpad gets my respect.

While I personally would never buy one as the whole concept is silly to me (buy a car!) and I am not a fan of the cloustrophobic interior, the truck is undeniably a performance vehicle and certainly in a completely different category than your Rubicon. Understand that it has 425 hp, 420 tq, and does 0-60 in the same 4.6 second area that our STi's do. Not to mention the .9gs of lateral acceleration and 120 ft. 60-0 stopping times from its 4 pot Brembos.

No interior shots taken as the owner didn't really care about them. It's awfully bland inside really. Only color option is this bleak looking gray that covers everything in the "garbage can plastic" interior. Note....that is what the OWNER calls the interior....and he is right. The seats are very well bolstered and deep though. Actually better than our factory STi seats although that isn't saying much. Quite a few toys though including Nav, backup camera, parking sensors, sat radio, etc.

Edit: Found pics he took of the inside. Sorry for the low quality...he is a terrible photographer.

Hate to bring back an old thread but I am stage 2 STI and my wifes' jeep SRT8 is stock and I had her by 1.5 carlengths today on the road. She swears up and down that she can beat me...but today that myth was buried.

It is a beast for sure. looks nice too.

I would however have to pass on a $45K-$50K Jeep.

Although I am driving a $30K Impreza
