Default fun in stl snow?

took some pictures of my ride and my mtb bike in the first real snow to hit st. louis in a long time - not the best ever, but im not a professional photographer either.

have a ton more, ones that are even better - but didn't want to waste too much space on here unless there's interest =)

just single speedin for the crazy, insane fun of it - looking to do some time trials and races next year. Only been on a SS for about three months - rode recreationally on a geared gary fisher before that.

It's funny, it's hard to understand why someone would ever be crazy enough to go SS, rigid bike (I ride lockout 99% of the time), but once you try it, you will understand =)

Wow, the first two pics look like Gran Turismo screen shots. No offense, but I think it's a combination of the crappy resolution and soft lighting. I think it the overall effect is awesome!

Is that at creve coure?

You should have seen my trunk and wing after playing in the parking lot. All of the slush I kicked up on top of my car froze. My wing had a solid 1/2" of ice all on it.

We should meet up w/some other St Louis guys for some wintery pics.

that was actually at castlewood. I think was the only one craziest enough to be out there in 3+ inches of ice/snow trying to mountain bike =)

and yeah - next time it snows like this, we should definitely get some guys together. Those photos were actually from my digital camcorder so the resolution/pixels whatever were not so great. Plus I'm not great at knowing which filters and lens to use, so that contributed to the semi poor resolution in the first two pics. But I can score a very nice camera from a "girl I know" =)

My friends a trials gun with a SS rigid Magura totaly built for trials. Its a wild bike to ride coming from my 40lb downhill rig, no 7 inches of travel in the front like I'm used to but fun to mess around. SS are a blast, don't see many around either

Nice bike, my kid races a KONA DH and also sports a specialized P1 SS in skate parks and DS (added front brakes). Is yours a 29" style?
