oh ok. Does anyone have an idea how much it is to get body panels painted, i.e trunk possibly? cause i am having a tuff time trying to find wingless satin white pearl trunk.

have you tried swapping wrx trunks? paint varies from shop to shop/what part of the car you want to paint.. i'm guessing minimum 200 for the trunk.. you could always call your local body shop and get a quote?

Youre looking at $300 +/- $50 for the trunk.. I got quoted at two different places to paint a trunk SWP, and one was $305, the other was $325

Beautiful, eh? Kind a miss the old whip from time to time - she has a new owner now. I'm on to another project....

You only need to get the winglets painted (the parts where the CF cross section attaches), not the entire trunk. I had the winglets painted by a local painter I trust. It turned out really good as you can see in the pics. Like others said, paint varies by shop. So you will have to get a quote. Make sure they match it right. Mine matched perfect and looked OEM. Personally, if I know the painter does good work I would be willing to pay a little more. Mismatched paint really sucks. IMHO.
