AP was 22... That is actually an HDR image made up of 5 different exposures. I left the AP the same and just changed the shutter speed. Shutter speeds I used were 1/100, 1/60, 1/40, 1/25, 1/15. Each one was a slower shutter speed so it went from too dark to too bright. 1/40 was the closest to the correct exposure. Next I used the Merge to HDR option in PS CS2, selected the 5 files and let it do its thing. That did the most part, I just adjusted the saturation a little... there wasn't really a lot of color changing that I had to do because sunsets already have cool colors
